Beijing Centre serviced apartments are available for rental during the Beijing Olympic games under special conditions. The Olympic Games period at Beijing Centre will start on 15th of July included until 15th of September included.

Before and after this Olympic period, the general conditions of rental and the standard prices apply.

Beijing Centre Serviced Apartments Description

All our Beijing Centre serviced apartments have minimum net space of 1,000ft2 / 105m2 with 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom.  Each apartment is fully equipped with the furniture and home appliances and as well as supplied with fresh drinkable water fountain, fresh sheets, towels, shampoo and soap.  You can just move in with your luggage.  You can check 2 examples of our apartments: East Park International Apartments and  Landscape Serviced Apartments to get more detailed information about our apartments in terms of location, pictures, plan, description, services, area introduction, etc.  Each apartment will be properly ready before guests arrival.  Our cleaning team and quality department will ensure the state of the flat to be completely satisfactory.

 

Beijing Centre Services Description

The rent covers accommodation, water, gas, electricity, daily house-keeping, ADSL/Wireless network connection, drinking water, property management fee and once Beijing Capital International Airport pick-up  service.

All the accommodations have the same standard. Anyhow, through our response to your e-mail, you will find a link to the actual proposed apartment to check the description, pictures and plan.

General conditions of Beijing Centre Serviced Apartments rental during the Beijing Olympic Games period

These conditions will take effect from 15th of July 2008 till 15th of Sept 2008 and will replace the general conditions which are applied before 15th of July 2008 and after 15th of Sept 2008.

The least reservation period shall be 15 days and the maximum number of guests is 4 per serviced apartment. 

Booking for less than 15 days will not be accepted unless it is matching a gap between 2 stays of 15 days. So if you want to stay few days only, you can still launch a request here: Beijing Centre. We will inform you if the rent is possible or not depending on the booking schedule.

We keep the right to control that the number of guests is not exceeding 4 persons per apartment. In case we discover that there are more than 4 guests in one apartment, we will launch a warning notice to the tenant. After this warning notice is received, the tenant will have 24 hours to be back to the normal situation with maximum 4 guests in one apartment. If the normal situation is not established within 24 hours, the tenancy agreement will be immediately terminated, and the tenant will have to leave the apartment within 2 hours and without any payment refund.

You will leave additional 300 US$ of security deposit upon check in. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay within 48 hours directly back to your Paypal account if the apartment is returned in full and good conditions.

 

Payment Process

To rent a Beijing Centre Serviced Apartment, you need to have your Paypal Account established and verified.

In case you do not have your own Paypal account so far, please visit Paypal official website to set up your own account: www.paypal.com

It is simple. Please take into account that the lead time to have a Paypal account verified is several days.

 

Advanced Deposit Payment

The fix deposit payment is 3,000 US Dollars which needs to be paid through Paypal whatever is your length of stay. The booking will be registered and guaranteed only after you sent the payment of the deposit through your Paypal account. If the total price of your stay (including the security deposit) is lower than 3,000 US Dollars, we will refund the difference at the end of your stay directly to your Paypal account. If the difference is over 300 US Dollars, you will no need to leave additional security deposit upon check-in.

In case 2 deposits are received for the same period of stay within 48 hours, we will refund and cancel the last reservation received. After valid reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from us with all the reservation details which includes the name and contact number of the person who will pick you up at the airport, the information regarding the flat, access, surroundings and as well as a list of other outsourcing services available such as nearest supermarket, grocery, laundry, etc.

Check-in

The apartment will be properly ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team and quality department will ensure the state of the flat to be completely satisfactory.

Pets not admitted!

We will wait for you at Beijing Capital Airport upon your arrival flight scheduled time + 30 minutes. We will hold a sign board with your name  and "Beijing Centre" logo on it: . We will help you with your luggage and drive you to your assigned apartment in Beijing Centre area. The apartment will be at your disposal from 1 pm on the date of your check-in. If you need the apartment before 1pm on the day of your arrival, please contact us to check the availability. We will explain you the functions of all the equipment, and handover the keys to you. You and Beijing Centre representative will sign a tenancy agreement.
After you check in the apartment, if your rental price is higher than the advanced deposit, you shall pay the balance of the rent in addition to the advanced deposit for the whole period of accommodation plus the security deposit with a secure transaction directly managed by the web-based n°1 online service payment: Paypal. To ensure the property and pertaining facilities and suppliers to be well preserved, in addition, we will ask you to leave 300 US dollars security deposit via Paypal. This security deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay directly back to your Paypal account within 48 hours if the apartment is returned in full, and good conditions .

Should any question arise during your stay, the customer service department of Beijing Centre will be glad to assist you. We all can speak fluently English. The day of departure, before 12:00 am, we will check the state of the flat and refund the security deposit directly to your Paypal account within 48 hours if the apartment  is returned in full and good conditions. We will then help you with your luggage and drive you to Beijing Capital Airport. Secure and safe stay!

 

Cancellation Policy

before 1st of January, 2008 0h00, your advanced deposit can be 100% refunded within 48 hours after we receive your cancellation notice which is sent to our e-mail address: contact@beijingcentre.com. However, for the stays during the Beijing Olympic Games period, deposit payments will not be refunded after 1st of January 2008 0h00.
