You can check the availability of one of our apartments for your intended stay schedule by filling the form directly from Beijing Centre website. We will acknowledge your form immediately and will reply to you within 48 hours via e-mail with a proposed available apartment for your confirmation. In case there is no accommodation available, you will be informed as well. Price table
English spoken service! All our apartments have minimum net space of 1,000 ft2 / 100 m2 with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, two washrooms. Each apartment is supplied with fresh sheets, towels, shampoo and soap. All the apartments buildings are secured by safety guards around the clock. You can check the 2 examples displayed on Beijing Centre website. All the accommodations have the same standard. Anyhow, through our response to your e-mail, you will find a link to the actual proposed apartment to check the description, pictures and plan. You need a Paypal account to stay in Beijing Centre Serviced apartments! To open a Paypal account it takes one minute. You can visit Paypal official website: www.paypal.com. If it is matching your expectations, you can then fill in the reservation form. To validate your reservation, you have to deposit 100 US$ (around 85 Euros) with a secure transaction directly managed by the web-based n°1 online service payment: Paypal. Your deposit can be reimbursed in case of cancellation at least 7 days before your arrival. We will refund you directly to your Paypal account within 7 days after receiving your cancellation e-mail. 7 days before your arrival, your deposit will not be reimbursed anymore in case of cancellation. However, your reservation dates can be changed at least 7 days before your arrival depending on availability. Make sure you have a "verified" Paypal account without payment limitation before your arrival! Otherwise the only alternative solution would be to pay by cash if your Paypal account is not verified. After valid reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from us with all the reservation details which includes the name and contact number of the person who will pick you up at the airport, the information regarding the flat, access, surroundings and as well as a list of other outsourcing services available such as nearest supermarket, grocery, laundry, etc. Pets not admitted! The apartment will be properly ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team and quality department will ensure the state of the flat to be completely satisfactory.
Check-in We will wait for you at
Beijing Capital Airport at your arrival flight scheduled time
+ 30 minutes. We will hold a sign board with your name
and "Beijing Centre" logo on it. We will help you
with your luggage and drive you to your assigned apartment in
Beijing Centre area. We will explain you the functions of all the
equipment, and handover the keys to you. You, Beijing Centre
representative and the landlord will sign a tenancy agreement.

Stay and Check out Should any question arise during your stay, the customer service department of Beijing Centre will be glad to assist you. We all can speak fluently English. The day of departure, we will check the state of the flat and refund the security deposit if everything is in full and good conditions. We will then help you find a taxi to drive you to the Beijing Capital Airport. Secure and safe stay!
Payment Terms We use Paypal to secure the deposit transfer. You need a Master Card or a Visa Card to process with the deposit. In case the cancellation notice is reached at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time, we agree to reimburse directly to your Paypal account the full deposit. However the cancellation notice is reached 48 hours less before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded anymore. The rest of rent in addition to the advanced deposit should be paid in cash at the arrival after checking the apartment.
